A thirty-year telecommunications veteran who has witnessed the evolution from 2G to 5G. At each generational leap, contributing to state-of-the-art advancements - from introducing data monetization in 2G, pioneering Cloud-Native 5G deployments and to the widespread adoption of AI into enterprise workflows.
Joined G8Labs as the first employee in 1997, G8Labs became eServGlobal, and the IN and monetization division was sold to Oracle 13 years later, where I was the second longest serving employee. The solutions developed and deployed covered many operators across numerous countries, including tier 1s such as KPN, to pioneering MVNEs.
Developed Engineering for MATRIXX Software from a greenfield, establishing it as a centre of excellence for 5G and Cloud Native technologies with it based at the world renowned establishment of Adastral Park. Started with a clean sheet and grew it to 40 people. Introduced and improved the global engineering processes covering project management, software build and innovation. Led the engineering team responsible for executing the DISH implementation - recognized as an industry-leading initiative in the 5G Cloud era.
As a consultant at Oracle, I’ve been at the forefront of the company’s transition into the AI era - gaining hands-on experience with emerging AI communication tools and leading transformation initiatives that integrate these technologies into enterprise workflows. While Oracle being the leading enterprise AI company for both infrastructure and applications.
